About The Role

We are looking for an Associate Product Owner to help build and improve our AI-powered CRM platform. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Convert customer and business needs into user stories and requirements.
• Work with Engineering, Design, and QA teams to deliver features.
• Support product discovery and roadmap planning.
• Collaborate on AI-powered features and automation.
• Gather customer feedback and identify product improvements.
• Track product performance and user feedback.
• Support product releases and documentation.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis.
• Experience working with SaaS products.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira or ClickUp.




• Basic understanding of AI/GenAI, LLMs, and AI agents.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Ability to write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, dashboards, or SQL.

Good to Have

• Experience with CRM, B2B SaaS, or sales automation.
• Knowledge of Real Estate / PropTech.
• Understanding of APIs and integrations.
• CSPO or PSPO certification.
