JD – Presales Executive
We are hiring Presales Executives in Jaipur to call new leads within minutes,



qualify them, and pass interested, eligible candidates to our Sales Counselors.

Role at a glance
Role – Presales Executive
Location – Jaipur (office-based)
Work days – 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday; Sunday off
Experience – 0–10 years in tele-calling, inside sales, presales or customer support
Education – Graduate in any discipline
What you'll do
•Call every current lead quickly, ideally within minutes of it coming in, and follow up persistently until you connect.

•Qualify each lead on interest, eligibility and intent through a short, structured conversation.

•Explain our programs clearly and honestly, and handle first-level questions and objections.

•Move qualified leads to the next step and hand them over to a Sales Counselor with complete notes.

•Log every call, outcome and next step in the CRM in real time.
