Required Qualifications

• 20+ years of semiconductor design or computer architecture experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in SoC design, CPU/GPU architecture, or specialized computing (demonstrated through shipped products, patents, or publications).
• Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience.
• Robust foundation in digital design, logic verification, and EDA tools.
• Proven ability to drive innovation and influence technical direction across organizational boundaries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Track record of technical leadership and mentoring engineers at all levels.
• Deep understanding of power, performance, area (PPA) trade-offs and design optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience specifically in CPU, GPU, or SoC design.




• Multiple shipped products in a technical leadership capacity.
• Expertise in advanced architectural techniques: chiplets, heterogeneous computing, specialized accelerators, advanced memory hierarchies, power management.
• Published patents or peer-reviewed papers demonstrating thought leadership.
• Experience with emerging technologies: quantum computing, photonics, advanced packaging, chiplet design.
• Background in machine learning and AI accelerator design.
• Experience in design automation, CAD methodologies, or design tools.
• Recognition as an industry expert (conference presentations, standards participation, academic collaborations).
• Previous Intel experience or deep knowledge of Intel's technical culture and roadmap.
