Key responsibilities:

1. Training Needs Identification
• Conduct organization-wide training needs analysis through performance reviews, stakeholder discussions, and skill gap assessments.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify functional and behavioral capability requirements.
• Align training plans with business strategy and future workforce needs.

2. Learning Program Design & Development
• Design and develop structured learning interventions including technical, behavioral, and leadership programs.
• Create engaging training content, modules, and learning materials (presentations, e-learning, assessments).
• Customize programs to suit different employee levels and functions.

3. Training Delivery & Facilitation
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learning events (classroom, virtual, and on-the-job).
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer through interactive and practical learning methods.
• Coordinate with internal trainers and external facilitators where required.

Learning Operations & Coordination
• Plan and manage the training calendar, logistics, and scheduling.
• Ensure smooth execution of all learning activities across locations or departments.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and documentation through LMS or internal systems.

5. Stakeholder Management & Business Alignment
• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to align L&D; initiatives with organizational goals.
• Act as a consultant to departments on capability-building interventions.
• Ensure learning solutions address real business challenges and performance gaps.

6. Training Effectiveness & Evaluation
• Measure training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Analyse data to evaluate impact on employee performance and productivity.
• Continuously refine programs based on insights and outcomes.
