Overview

Manager People Shared Services

Publicis Sapient is looking for a Manager – People Shared Services to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. The role is designed to support the HR Shared Services team in India. It will primarily revolve around identifying, evaluating, developing and acting as SME on the people processes, labor compliances,



performance management, employee life cycle (Onboarding, Learning Management, Global Background checks, Helpdesk etc.), and managing the day-to-day functioning of Shared Services ops team or project team. The role also entails a variety of projects and assignments like Process Redesign, Reporting & Dashboards, HR Account Management, using tools to improve efficiency and scalability of processes, working with several stakeholders to collect data points and analyzing the same to recommend improvement opportunities, creating process maps and documents as knowledge repository etc.

Your Impact:

Team Leadership and Management
• Works with senior leadership to ensure consistent people processes and practices across the company
• Manages and leads different verticals within the GPSS team, coaching them on Publicis Sapient initiatives, our core values and the body of human resources knowledge
