What You Will Do:
• Build, coach, and develop high-performing engineering teams, with emphasis on employee engagement, career development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Create an accountable, inclusive, and collaborative culture that enables employees to grow and deliver business outcomes.
• Lead engineering delivery, sustainment, modernization, quality, reliability, and continuous improvement across onboard productivity applications.
• Balance customer commitments, product investments, technical debt,



and strategic priorities through effective planning, decision-making, and stakeholder alignment.
• Apply strong product and customer domain knowledge to guide priorities, decisions, and next-generation onboard productivity application initiatives.
• Champion contemporary engineering practices, automation, quality engineering, and DevOps to improve delivery effectiveness.
• Lead adoption of AI-enabled engineering tools and practices to improve productivity, quality, and development velocity.
• Drive change management that helps teams adopt new technologies, processes, and ways of working while sustaining engagement and delivery.
• Collaborate with global product, architecture, quality, and engineering stakeholders to achieve customer and business objectives.
