Responsibilities:




• The Apps Support Tech Lead Analyst is responsible to partner with multiple technology teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals; identify and define necessary system enhancements; analyze existing system logic, identify problems; and recommend and implements solutions.
• Provides expertise in payment flows and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of apps support including observability, telemetry and site/application reliability.
• Formulates, defines observability scope & objectives for complex, critical business flows & application monitoring enhancements and problem resolution through in-depth analysis and evaluation of complex business processes.
• Responsible for uplifting the production support team to adopt the best in class observability solutions.
• Responsible to run & maintain all aspects of the 24X7 essential production support function in the location.
• Contribute in rapid adoption of best in class AI enabled tools & services for the in scope production support team.
