As a Wholesale Credit Risk APAC – Analyst in the Wholesale Credit Risk APAC team, you will be based in Mumbai playing a crucial role in onboarding new clients, performing credit analysis, structuring, negotiating, and developing recommendations for new transaction approvals across a variety of products, including loans, derivatives, and treasury products. You will lead due diligence and credit analysis to assess the creditworthiness of counterparties, making recommendations on appropriate structures, risk appetite, and client grading. Your role will involve ongoing credit risk portfolio management, new client onboardings, portfolio reviews and ad-hoc macro environment related stress exercises. You will also be committed to personal development and fostering team knowledge by coaching and training members of the Analyst community.



Your ability to balance a commercial mindset with a sound risk and controls attitude will be key to managing the Firm’s balance sheet effectively.
Job responsibilities
• Demonstrate proactive ownership of your assigned portfolio of clients including borrower/market performance and acting as the main point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders for your portfolio
