We are looking for an Associate Business Head who can work closely with the Founder to improve business performance, strengthen systems, and drive revenue & profit growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business growth and profitability
- Track business performance through MIS and reviews
- Lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives
- Improve operational efficiency across departments
- Lead technology, ERP, AI, and automation initiatives to improve systems, processes, and accountability
- Identify and execute new growth opportunities

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
