Job Purpose To support daily warehouse, inventory conditioning activities, including receipt and storage of materials, preparation of temperature-controlled packaging, stock management, shipment documentation and system updates. All activities must be completed in accordance with approved SOPs, GDP and safety requirements.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Receive incoming shipments, packaging materials and inventory, and check the quantity, condition and supporting documents.
2. Arrange materials in the correct storage location and temperature zone.
3. Assist with picking, packing and dispatching Inventory items according to job instructions.
4. Assist in temperature monitors, labels and shipment documents are available before dispatch.

Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the Warehouse Coordinator when replenishment is required.
6. Perform regular stock counts and report any shortage, excess, damage or expired material.
7. Carry out daily checks of forklifts, hand pallet trucks and other warehouse equipment, and report any defects.
8. Keep the warehouse, storage areas and packaging areas clean, organized and audit-ready.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum SSC. Higher Secondary Certificate, graduate qualification or diploma in any field.
- Overall 1-2 years of relevant experience in similar industry
Physical Requirements The role requires periods of standing, walking and sitting, along with handling cartons and packaging materials within approved manual-handling limits.
