• Monitor daily bank balances, liquidity position and cash flows.
- Assess and coordinate daily / weekly fund requirements of the organisation.
- Ensure timely availability of funds for the department as per the requirement
- Move funds between various bank accounts based on business and operational requirements.
- Maintain adequate liquidity and Execute RTGS, NEFT and other banking transactions.
- Manage inter-bank and intra-bank fund transfers.
- Ensure transactions are processed within required timelines and appropriate approval processes.
- Monitor failed / rejected transactions and coordinate with banks for resolution.
- Ensure proper maker-checker controls and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to avoid delays in business and corporate payments
1. Surplus Fund & Investment Management
• Manage deployment of surplus funds in accordance with approved treasury and investment policies.
- Execute and monitor Mutual Fund and Fixed deposit investments and redemptions.
- Track investment maturities, redemption dates and availability of funds.
- Maintain investment records and MIS.
- Coordinate with banks, AMCs, mutual fund platforms and other financial institutions.
1. Banking Operations
• Coordinate opening, closure and modification of bank accounts.
- Manage addition / deletion of authorised signatories.
- Coordinate bank mandates, KYC, account documentation and internet banking access.
- Maintain an updated database of bank accounts, signatories and mandates.
- Liaise with banks for resolution of operational issues and transaction-related matters.

1. Treasury Operation
• Ensure timely repayment of term loans including principal and interest as per the agreed repayment schedule.
- Maintain and monitor the term loan repayment calendar to ensure no payment delays or defaults.
- Perform reconciliation of loan outstanding, interest accrued, and repayments with lender statements.
- Coordinate with the Finance/Accounts team for accurate and timely accounting entries.
- Maintain updated records of loan balances, repayment schedules, interest rates, and other key terms.
- Support month-end closing activities relating to borrowings, interest expenses and Investments.
Key Skills & Competencies
- knowledge of Banking operation and Fund transfer.
- Understanding of Treasury and liquidity management.
- Valuable understanding of Investment, MIS and cash Flow forecasting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in banking and operation (NBFC / HFC / BFSI sector preferred).
