We are looking for an Assistant Team Lead – CRT Term to manage Life Insurance issuance processes, case follow-ups, stakeholder coordination, and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Life Insurance policy issuance and case tracking.
- Monitor attribution, call recordings, and issuance performance.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and no case remains untouched for more than 2 days.
- Coordinate with Underwriters, Insurer Operations, TPAs, internal teams, and customers.
- Monitor call quality and ensure compliance with defined verification and IRDA guidelines.
- Track team performance against issuance and quality KPIs.
Requirements
- Experience in Life Insurance Operations, Underwriting Follow-ups, Policy Issuance, or Customer Retention.
- Positive knowledge of insurance processes and compliance.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with targets and quality benchmarks.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
