Role Description The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Godhra. This role involves overseeing daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory control, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

The Assistant Store

Manager supports the Store Manager in driving sales, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring a clean, safe,



and efficient store workplace. The role includes leading and coaching store team members, scheduling staff, and facilitating training to maintain high standards of customer service.

Manager also handles escalated customer issues, coordinates loss prevention efforts, and prepares basic reports on store performance and compliance.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service capabilities.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
- Proficiency in Store Management, including day-to-day operations, inventory handling, and staff coordination.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to reduce shrinkage and ensure compliance with security procedures.
- Experience in retail or store supervision, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Comfort with using basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- Relevant education in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
