We are looking for an experienced Assistant Security Officer to manage and supervise security operations at our factory locations in Gummidipoondi and Manali.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise security guards and manage shift-wise deployment.
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles and materials.
- Ensure proper gate pass and visitor management procedures.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance and report any security concerns.
- Conduct regular security rounds across the factory premises.
- Maintain security registers, records and daily reports.
- Coordinate with HR, Admin, Stores, Dispatch and other departments.
- Monitor security guard attendance, discipline and performance.
- Handle security incidents and emergency situations.
- Ensure proper shift handover and takeover.
- Coordinate with the security agency for manpower and operational requirements.
- Report major security issues to the management immediately.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in factory/industrial security operations.
- Experience in supervising security guards and shift operations.
- Knowledge of CCTV, access control, gate management and material movement.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Factory/manufacturing experience is preferred.
