Role: Assistant Sales Executive

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Age Limit: 21-28 years
2. Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree (minimum aggregate 50% marks) in any stream
3. Preference: Graduates from Commerce-related disciplines like BBA, MBA
4. Experience: Two/Three years of Sales/Marketing experience (preferably in the financial or real estate sector).

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Actively seek and acquire new customers through targeted sales strategies online/offline.
2.



Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Stay informed about the Companys housing finance products and convey their perks effectively to potential clients.
4. Build relationships with Builders/Developers and get individual business from the customers purchasing flats in projects being developed by these builders.
5. Explore new markets where business can be expanded (e.g., Affordable Housing) and ensure that the Company’s share of the housing finance business from these new markets increases.
