Assistant, Product and Technology

Responsibilities

- Data Management System Support: Manage incoming data requests, ensure accuracy, and follow structured validation while adhering to TAT.
- Query Resolution Stakeholder Support: Address system-related team queries, ensuring timely resolution and workflow management. Communicate proactively via emails, calls, and on-site visits to assist users across multiple products.
- Research: Improve processes and products through in-depth research, identifying efficiencies, innovations, and best practices. Review existing system logic, workflows to recommend process and product improvements.
- Data Engineering Analysis: Work with large datasets to clean, structure, and analyze trends. Maintain data integrity and standardization across systems.

Profile Requisites

- Technical Analytical Skills
- Tech-Savviness: Comfortable learning and adapting to new tools and software.
- Data Handling: Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel and other Data tools for data processing.




- Problem-Solving: Solid analytical skills to diagnose issues and suggest solutions.
- AI Automation: Basic knowledge of AI applications and process automation is a plus.
- Basic understanding of code in DBT, Salesforce (e.g., SQL, Apex, similar) to interpret application logic and support debugging.
- Testing Validation: Ability to design logical test cases, perform UI-level testing, validate business requirements, and document defects before production releases.

- Soft Skills Collaboration

- Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to engage with stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to test and validate product components to ensure quality.
- Creativity: Think innovatively for process improvements and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product and operations teams.
- Prior experience in a stakeholder support, product research, or data management role is beneficial.
