Assistant Manager – Procurement (ATL & BTL Spends)

Cheil India is looking for a agile Assistant Manager – Sourcing & Procurement to drive our comprehensive ATL & BTL regional spends!

We are specifically looking for a professional who has strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to optimize costs while maintaining premium quality. If that sounds like you, we want you on our team.

? Key Responsibilities

:

BTL & Retail Procurement: Handle end-to-end sourcing for POSM materials, GSB/ISB, retail fixtures, retail maintenance activities, events, activations, and corporate gifting categories.

ATL Media Operations: Manage procurement operations for complete media buying, including Digital, Print, TV, Radio, Cinema, OOH (Out-of-Home), and Productions.

Vendor Ecosystems: Identify, build, and maintain a robust pool of high-performing third-party partners and service providers.

Risk & Compliance:



Drive 100% transparency in sourcing operations, align with business needs, handle basic GST implications, and ensure strict compliance with audit and legal terms.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with internal User Teams, Legal, Finance, and Risk Management departments to streamline workflows.

? What We Are Looking For:

Negotiation Core: Expert-level commercial negotiation skills with a track record of driving value and savings.

Experience: 6 to 10 years of solid sourcing and procurement experience (Indirect), specifically handling marketing portfolios.

Skills: Strong understanding of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and basic knowledge of GST.

Execution: Efficient in data management, documentation, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint presentations.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to share market intelligence and align with senior management across business verticals.

Education: Graduate degree minimum.
