Role Description The Assistant Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Borivali. This role supports day-to-day store and back-end operations, including coordinating inventory management, overseeing order processing, and ensuring timely replenishment of merchandise.

The Assistant Operations

Manager helps implement operational processes, maintains quality and service standards, and supports staff scheduling and workflow coordination. The role also involves tracking key performance indicators, preparing basic operational reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, merchandising, and customer service to achieve business targets.



The individual will contribute to continuous process improvement and ensure that brand guidelines are reflected in daily operations.

Qualifications

- Strong operational and organizational skills, including experience in store operations, inventory coordination, and workflow management.
- Basic data and reporting skills, with the ability to track performance metrics, prepare operational summaries, and use Excel or similar tools.
- People management and collaboration skills, including the ability to coordinate with sales and support teams and assist with staff scheduling.
- Customer service awareness and problem-solving skills to support a smooth in-store experience and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Understanding or interest in fashion retail, particularly Indian ethnic wear, with sensitivity to brand aesthetics and visual presentation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Operations, Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work in office in Borivali full time, with flexibility to support peak retail hours, weekends, and special events as needed

Compensation

- 25k to 30k per month excluding Overtime Compensation.
