About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Assistant Operations Manager – Nursing & Caretaker to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality service delivery. The role involves coordinating nursing and caretaker services, managing operational teams, handling escalations, monitoring staff deployment, and ensuring continuity of client services.
The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling, communication, coordination, problem-solving, and operational management skills.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day nursing and caretaker operations and ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
- Lead, coordinate, and monitor the Operations team, including:
- Client Relations Team
- Care Coordinators
- Field Supervisors
- Handle and resolve client escalations, staff escalations, and operational issues promptly.
- Monitor staff deployment, attendance, replacements, and service continuity.
- Ensure timely arrangement of replacements in case of staff absence, resignation, emergency, or service disruption.
- Coordinate closely with Field Supervisors and Care Coordinators to address field-level concerns and staff-related issues.
- Monitor the performance, availability, and deployment of nursing and caretaker staff.
- Maintain accurate staff attendance, deployment, replacement, client, and operational records.
- Follow up on pending operational issues and ensure timely resolution and closure.
- Maintain regular communication with clients,
staff, supervisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify recurring operational issues and support the implementation of appropriate corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports to the Operations Manager/Management.
- Monitor service quality and ensure that operational processes and company standards are followed.
- Escalate critical operational matters to the Operations Manager and provide necessary support for corrective and preventive actions.
- Support the Operations Manager in planning, monitoring, and improving overall nursing and caretaker operations.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with field teams regarding client requirements, staff concerns, attendance, and service quality.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of operational data and records.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments whenever required for staffing, attendance, replacements, employee concerns, and operational requirements.
- Handle any other operational responsibilities assigned by the Operations Manager or Management.

Qualification & Experience
- Education: Any Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Healthcare Operations, Home Healthcare, Nursing Services, Caretaker Services, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Candidates with experience in team handling, staff deployment, client coordination, and escalation management will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be proactive, responsible, organized, and comfortable handling both people and operational challenges. The candidate should be capable of managing multiple escalations simultaneously while maintaining professional communication with clients and staff. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
