Role: Assistant Manager (CA Only)

Experience: 2 Years Post-CA

Roles & Responsibility:

- Conduct Internal Audits and Process Reviews across business functions.
- Perform IFC testing and review the effectiveness of internal controls.
- Prepare and update Risk Control Matrices (RCM/RACM).
- Identify control gaps and coordinate with process owners for closure.
- Review and improve SOPs and business processes.
- Track audit observations and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors.
- Conduct data analysis to identify process and control gaps.
- Prepare audit reports, findings and management presentations

Eligibility

- CA qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Hands-on experience in Internal Audit and IFC is mandatory.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates from Manufacturing, Pharma, FMCG, Retail, E-commerce or related industries are preferred.
- Hands-on experience in IFC Testing / Control Testing.
- Experience in RCM/RACM, Risk Assessment and Process Reviews.
