Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.

- Partner with department heads and business leaders to forecast and plan manpower requirements.

- Leverage multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and headhunting) to build strong candidate pipelines.

- Conduct competency-based interviews and ensure alignment with organizational values and role requirements.

- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility in the talent market.

- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure timely closures.

- Manage vendor relationships and monitor consultant performance and cost efficiency.

- Support campus hiring, internship programs, and bulk hiring drives as required.





- Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and maintain accurate recruitment dashboards/reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering ability.

- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, Excel dashboards, and MIS reporting.

- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and social media.

- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.

- Experience: 58 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in design, retail, real estate, or startup sectors).

- Proven record in bulk hiring and lateral hiring at scale.
