This is a strategic leadership prospect to build and scale a mature Talent Acquisition function within a fast-growing technology and product organization.
You will shape hiring strategy, workforce planning, talent pipelines, and recruitment processes across both technical and business functions.
The role combines strategic partnership with senior leadership and hands-on ownership of critical hiring activities.
You will help establish structured, measurable, and scalable recruitment mechanisms that support rapid organizational growth.
A strong focus on talent intelligence, recruitment analytics, process optimization, and hiring quality will inform business decisions.
You will also lead and develop a high-performing TA team while ensuring hiring remains predictable, efficient, and aligned with evolving business needs.

Accountabilities:





• Build and execute a company-wide Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals, capability requirements, and future workforce planning.

• Translate growth plans into structured hiring roadmaps, quarterly recruitment plans, and clear execution mechanisms.

• Act as a strategic talent partner to founders, executives, business leaders, and hiring managers.

• Lead recruitment across specialized technology functions, including autonomous systems, robotics, AI/ML, embedded engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, data, product, and software engineering.

• Support hiring across business functions such as sales, pre-sales, business development, marketing, customer success, finance, HR, and operations, including leadership positions.

• Design scalable recruitment frameworks, interview processes, service-level agreements, hiring dashboards, and documentation systems.
