This role is an opportunity to bridge business needs, insurance processes, and technology within a fast-moving insurtech environment. You will work directly with clients and technical teams to understand complex health insurance requirements and translate them into practical system solutions. The position covers the full business analysis lifecycle, from discovery and process mapping through requirements definition, testing, UAT, and release support. You will help improve business processes, identify actionable insights, and ensure solutions meet client expectations. The role offers exposure to international projects, modern insurance technology, and Agile delivery practices. It is well suited to an experienced Business Analyst who combines solid health insurance knowledge with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Accountabilities

Partner with clients and technical teams to identify business challenges, clarify objectives, and define appropriate analytical and technology solutions.

Gather business requirements through workshops, interviews, working sessions, and other discovery techniques.

Analyze and document complex business requirements, processes, workflows, data, and system functionality.

Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements, user stories, and actionable development specifications.

Plan and design simple to semi-complex business processes and system modifications.

•
Recommend improvements that enhance business activities, operational processes, and system capabilities.

Develop detailed test scenarios and support testing activities to ensure client requirements are accurately reflected in delivered solutions.

Monitor and support business application testing, including QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
