The Senior Manager – Recruitment will lead and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition function, ensuring achievement of hiring targets within defined timelines, budget guidelines, and quality standards. The role involves driving sourcing strategies, managing recruitment teams, overseeing stakeholder and vendor management, optimizing recruitment processes, and ensuring a strong candidate experience while aligning hiring delivery with business objectives.

Duties and responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Planning
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, workforce plans, and hiring priorities.
• Develop recruitment strategies for volume, niche, and leadership hiring requirements.
• Create sourcing plans aligned to business expansion, attrition trends, and critical skill requirements.
• Drive recruitment process improvements to enhance efficiency, candidate quality, and hiring outcomes.

Team Management
• Lead,



mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists.
• Allocate requisitions based on recruiter capability, bandwidth, and business priority.
• Monitor team productivity, sourcing effectiveness, and recruitment pipeline health.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and capability-building initiatives for the recruitment team.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs, policies, and compliance standards

Talent Sourcing & Networking
• Oversee sourcing activities across multiple channels including job portals, employee referrals, social media platforms, consultants, and internal databases.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
• Develop market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring practices.
• Strengthen employer branding initiatives to improve talent attraction.
