Role Description Tech Achieve Media is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Delegate Acquisition & Event Engagement Executive to join its growing events team in Gurgaon. The role involves driving delegate acquisition, engaging senior professionals, and supporting end-to-end audience engagement for high-profile IT events, leadership summits, and exclusive CXO roundtables.



The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator who enjoys interacting with people, building professional relationships, and working in a target-driven workplace.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to relevant delegates, including technology leaders, CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, IT decision-makers, business executives, and other senior professionals. The role requires building and maintaining a strong database of potential participants, understanding their professional interests, and communicating event themes, agendas, speakers, and participation benefits effectively. The executive will engage prospective delegates through telephone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other qualified communication channels, while ensuring a consistent and professional experience throughout the engagement process.
