About the Role
We are looking for a well-groomed, confident, and guest-focused Guest Relations Executive to be the face of our restaurant. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, ensuring smooth seating, handling guest requests, and creating a warm and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a positive first impression.
• Manage guest reservations, walk-ins, seating arrangements, and table allocations.
• Coordinate with the restaurant service team to ensure smooth guest movement and table readiness.
• Maintain an updated reservation list and coordinate special requests or occasions.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide necessary information about the restaurant.
• Handle guest queries, requests, feedback, and concerns professionally and promptly.




• Coordinate with the service and management teams to resolve guest complaints effectively.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the restaurant's menu, concepts, ongoing promotions, events, and services.
• Build positive relationships with regular guests and VIPs and ensure personalized service.
• Maintain guest profiles and preferences wherever required.
• Coordinate with the team regarding birthdays, anniversaries, special occasions, and other guest requirements.
• Monitor guest experience throughout their visit and proactively address any concerns.
• Assist with managing waiting lists during peak hours and communicate estimated waiting times clearly.
• Ensure the reception/hostess area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Maintain qualified communication with guests over calls, WhatsApp, and other reservation channels.
