Role Overview

As a Brand Solutions Manager, you will be the owner of your client portfolio, responsible for strategy, client relationships, execution, quality, reporting, team leadership and business growth.

You will lead client accounts from planning to execution, ensuring every campaign, deliverable and interaction reflects Skadoosh's standards of excellence. Working closely with Creative, Copy, Video, Performance Marketing and other internal teams, you will mentor Brand Solutions Executives while ensuring projects are delivered on time,



on brand and with measurable impact.

This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who communicates confidently, solves problems proactively, manages multiple priorities efficiently and takes complete ownership of both clients and internal execution.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, brainstorming sessions, campaign discussions and quarterly business reviews.
• Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
• Manage all day-to-day client communication, approvals, feedback and stakeholder management.
• Ensure timely responses, proactive follow-ups and seamless client servicing.
