MANIL TEXFAB is a growing uniform company based in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, serving 100+ schools and institutional clients across different markets.
As part of our expansion in Jaipur and across Rajasthan, we are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and strengthen our presence in the institutional uniform segment.
Role & Responsibilities
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, sales development and relationship building across Schools, Hospitals, Corporates and Hotels.
• Identify and generate current business leads across Jaipur and Rajasthan.
• Identify and connect with key decision-makers including owners, directors, administrators and purchase managers.




• Conduct face-to-face client meetings and understand customer requirements.
• Present MANIL TEXFAB's products, samples and manufacturing capabilities.
• Generate enquiries and develop qualified sales opportunities.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective clients and move opportunities towards closure.
• Coordinate samples, quotations and proposals with the internal team.
• Develop new customer accounts and build long-term business relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, quotations, follow-ups and sales opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
• Travel across Rajasthan as required for client meetings and business development.

Candidate Profile
• Qualification: BBA / B.Com / MBA
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience may apply.
