At Fastcode AI, we turn AI research into real-world enterprise solutions. Now we're building a small editorial and video team to show the people, ideas, and work behind it.
We're looking for someone who can own a video from idea to published: plan it, shoot it, brief editors, sharpen the cut, and get it out on time.
What you'll work on
?️ Employee journalism with the people building at Fastcode AI
? Diffusion, an expert show featuring our CEO, Arjun Jain
Interviews, talking heads, technical explainers, and clips people actually share.
What you'll do
• Plan and run shoots: camera, sound, lighting, interviews
• Brief editors with a clear angle, references, and deadlines
• Review cuts, give accurate feedback, and drive revisions
• Edit end to end yourself: assembly, sound, colour, captions, export
• Turn long recordings into platform-ready clips for X, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Own final QC and get videos published on schedule





This is probably you if
✅ You live on X, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and you spot trends early
✅ You make an editor's work better with specific, useful feedback
✅ You can put people at ease on camera and think like a scroller
✅ You've taken raw footage to a finished video yourself (college, personal, and freelance work all count)
Must-have: Independent editing in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or similar
Plus: Motion graphics
Film, media, design, journalism, English, or technical background: all welcome. Your portfolio matters more than your degree.
