Responsible for supervision and management of the overall project execution as per the agreed design and cost parameters.
• Also responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory requirements at site.
• Responsible for contract administration, project planning, scheduling and cost control.
• Coordination between architects and contractors.
• Maintaining strict quality control procedures - regular testing of materials, visual inspections of work, conducting regular site safety checks etc.
• To work with consultants, designers and infuse valuable inputs..
• Knowledge of civil works, supervision of contractor's work, measurements, billing & liaison with statutory bodies.
• Should be responsible for Site survey.
• To act in compliance with Company's value and quality policy.
• To comply with all ISO 9001:2008 standards and striving for continual improvement.
