Role Description This is a full time, on-site Human Resources Generalist role based in Kochi. The Human Resources Generalist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR records. The role involves supporting HR policy implementation,



coordinating employee benefits and leave management, and assisting with payroll-related inputs. The individual will handle employee queries, support performance management processes, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives. The Human Resources Generalist will also collaborate with leadership on compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards, and support recruitment activities as needed.
