Job Description – Vendor & Supply Chain Manager

Role:
Vendor, Supply Chain & Petpooja Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate with all vendors and suppliers.
* Handle purchasing, quotations, pricing, orders, and deliveries.
* Manage the complete supply chain and ensure timely availability of stock.
* Maintain and monitor inventory, purchases, consumption, and wastage.
* Manage and audit all data in the Petpooja app.
* Check Petpooja data against physical stock, purchases, sales, and consumption.
* Maintain recipes/BOM, item masters, stock adjustments, and vendor details.
* Conduct regular inventory and Petpooja audits and identify discrepancies.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
* Coordinate with operations, kitchen, accounts, and vendors.




* Ensure accurate and updated supply-chain and inventory data.

Requirements:

* 1-3 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, supply chain, or restaurant operations.
* Strong knowledge of Petpooja
* Valuable knowledge of inventory management and stock auditing.
* Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.

Ideal Candidate:
A person who can independently manage vendors, supply chain, inventory, and Petpooja data while identifying and resolving discrepancies.
