We are looking for Senior Business Development Specialist (GCC Hunter) – Bengaluru/ Hyderabad/ Pune (Remote). This is a fulltime permanent position with Highbrow Technology Inc.

Responsibilities:
• Drive new business development and account acquisition across the GCC market.
• Drive pipeline generation specifically aimed at greenfield GCC setups, Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) models, and captive centre expansions.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of opening new GCC accounts and generating business from new logos.
• Build executive relationships with GCC Heads, CIOs, CTOs, CHROs and enterprise decision-makers.
• Own prospecting, solutioning, complex commercial negotiations, and deal closures.
• Understand client business requirements and position relevant technology, IT services, Data, AI, and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, delivery, and technology teams to develop customized propositions.
• Lead client discussions, presentations, discovery sessions, proposals, and commercial negotiations.




• Translate customer challenges into compelling technology and business value propositions.
• Represent the organization at industry forums, GCC conferences, networking events, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Experience:
• 5 - 10 years of overall experience in Sales, Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Technology Services.
• Strong and demonstrable experience selling into the GCC market.
• Proven track record in GCC sales and current business development.
• Strong hunter mindset with demonstrated success in new-logo acquisition.
• Proven experience in opening new GCC accounts and generating new leads/opportunities.
• Strong enterprise sales and consultative selling capabilities.
• Experience engaging with CXOs, GCC Heads, CIOs, CTOs, CHROs and senior business/technology stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
