Role Description The Quantity Surveyor role is a full time, on-site position based in Malappuram. The Quantity Surveyor will prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), perform detailed quantity take-offs, and support tendering and bidding activities. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project costs,



preparing cost plans and budgets, updating cost reports, and assisting in value engineering to keep projects within financial targets. The role involves coordinating with project managers, engineers, and site teams to track variations, manage claims, and ensure accurate measurement and documentation. The Quantity Surveyor will also support contract administration, verify contractor bills, and contribute to financial risk assessment and cost optimization throughout each project lifecycle.
Qualifications
• Strong cost control and cost management skills to maintain project budgets and optimize expenditures.
• Proficiency in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and measurement for residential and commercial projects.
