Role Description The Sponsorship Manager role at Mercadeo is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for identifying and securing sponsorship opportunities that support clients’ marketing and event objectives. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and pitching potential sponsors, developing sponsorship proposals and packages, negotiating agreements, and managing sponsor relationships.



The Sponsorship Manager collaborates with internal teams and client stakeholders to plan and execute sponsorship activations, ensuring deliverables are met and brand guidelines are followed. This position also involves tracking sponsorship performance, preparing reports, and providing insights to optimize future sponsorship strategies.
