Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and generating leads, engaging with potential learners and institutional partners, and promoting Gyansify’s courses, internships, and training programs.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research to understand customer needs and trends, preparing and delivering presentations, and communicating value propositions clearly across calls, meetings, and digital channels. The Business Development Associate will support sales and partnership activities, maintain accurate records of outreach and conversions, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to achieve enrollment and growth targets. The role also includes building strong skilled relationships, gathering feedback from clients, and contributing ideas to improve Gyansify’s offerings and learner experience.

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field(MBA is a plus).
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or edtech counseling (freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply).
