As we scale our digital presence across search engines and emerging AI answer and generative engines, we are looking for a senior search specialist to own organic visibility and connect it directly to pipeline and revenue for our procurement software (GEP Quantum Intelligence) and services business.

About The Role

We are hiring a Senior SEO, AEO & GEO Manager to lead organic and AI-driven discoverability strategy across GEP's website and content ecosystem. This person will drive visibility across traditional search engines (Google, Bing), answer engines (featured snippets, voice search, and related formats), and generative engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, Google AI Overviews) while ensuring every initiative ties directly back to GEP's B2B demand generation funnel (PQC → MQL → SQL → SAL → Chance → Pipeline → Closed Won).

This role requires a candidate who understands the nuances of long,



complex B2B buying cycles in procurement and supply chain technology, where buyers conduct extensive research analyst reports, RFP content, and comparison content well before engaging with sales.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Own the SEO, AEO, and GEO roadmap for GEP's corporate website, resource center, and product pages.
• Partner with Content, Product Marketing, and Web Development to align organic strategy with PQC, MQL, and SQL targets.
• Present visibility, traffic, and pipeline-impact reports to marketing leadership.

SEO (Traditional Search)

• Own technical SEO for GEP's large, complex enterprise website, including site architecture, crawl budget optimization, Core Web Vitals, structured data and schema, and international/multi-region SEO.
• Build and execute keyword strategy across procurement and supply chain topics, mapping each keyword to the appropriate funnel stage (awareness, consider
