1. Organizational Context
Toshniwal Industries Pvt. Ltd. (TIPL) manufactures industrial instrumentation and monitoring products (RTDs, thermocouples, pressure transmitters, flow meters, gas detectors, CCTV/Avazonic, CEMS/analyzers, and fire detection systems) for core sectors such as power, oil & gas, cement, pharmaceuticals, water/wastewater, and nuclear energy. As TIPL pursues deeper penetration in domestic markets alongside expansion into international markets, there is a need for a dedicated Business Growth Specialist to lead structured growth initiatives across both fronts.
2. Position Purpose
The Business Growth Specialist – Global & India is responsible for identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities across domestic and international markets. The role owns market entry strategy,



channel/distributor development, and export business development, working closely with Sales, R&D;, and Finance to convert opportunity into revenue in a structured, targeted manner.
3. Key Result Areas (KRAs)
3.1 Growth Strategy & Market Expansion
• Identify high-potential domestic verticals and export geographies for TIPL's product portfolio, prioritized by market size, entry barriers, and strategic fit
• Develop market entry strategies for new geographies and segments, including go-to-market approach, certification/compliance requirements, and pricing positioning
• Evaluate and recommend joint venture, agency, or distributor tie-ups to accelerate market entry

3.2 Channel & Key Account Development
• Build and manage a dealer/distributor/channel-partner network across target domestic and international markets
• Identify, onboard, and performance-manage current channel partners; negotiate distribution and
