• Job Purpose

To support the sales and marketing function by developing current business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, generating enquiries, coordinating quotations and orders, and achieving assigned sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesA. Business Development & Sales
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the assigned market.
• Generate sales enquiries through customer visits, telephone calls, emails, references and market research.
• Promote and sell company products to existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets as assigned.
• Develop and maintain a strong customer database for future business opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits and understand their requirements, specifications and future projects.
• Follow up with customers for enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order confirmation.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain professional relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally for suitable product solutions.
• Address customer queries and complaints and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
• Collect customer feedback regarding product quality, delivery, pricing and service.
• Ensure regular communication with customers regarding order status and delivery schedules.

C. Enquiry & Quotation Management

• Receive and review customer enquiries and ensure all required information is available.
• Coordinate with Production, PPC, Purchase, Quality and Accounts teams for costing, feasibility and delivery commitments.
• Prepare and submit quotations and commercial offers to customers as per company guidelines.
• Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate with customers within approved limits.
