Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head – Events to lead the planning, execution, and management of large-scale events and programs across India. The role requires solid leadership, strategic planning, creative thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide overall strategic and operational leadership for the Events function.
• Develop annual event calendars, concepts, budgets, timelines, and execution plans.
• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale events, conferences, programs, and special initiatives.
• Develop creative event concepts, themes, formats, and audience engagement strategies.
• Manage event teams and allocate responsibilities to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate with senior leadership and internal departments for event requirements and approvals.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage event venues, vendors, agencies, production teams, artists, speakers, and service providers.
• Manage event budgets, quotations, negotiations, purchase requirements,



and expenses.
• Oversee event production including stage, audio, video, lighting, branding, décor, seating, registration, hospitality, and logistics.
• Ensure effective coordination of transportation, accommodation, food, security, volunteers, and guest management.
• Develop event communication and promotional plans in coordination with Branding, Media, and Digital teams.
• Coordinate with regional teams and local partners for events across different cities.
• Conduct site visits and ensure venue readiness and operational preparedness.
• Establish event checklists, SOPs, timelines, and quality standards.
• Monitor event progress and resolve operational issues before and during events.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, venue, and other applicable requirements.
