Medgel is looking for a commercially driven leader who can create customer relationships, open international markets and convert qualified opportunities for specialist softgel contract manufacturing.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership commercial leadership role — not a routine social media or communications position.

What You Will Own
• Identify priority international markets, customer segments and product opportunities
• Build relationships with founders, business heads, procurement, sourcing teams, importers and distributors
• Lead qualification, RFQs, technical discussions, quotations, negotiations and order conversion
• Develop distributors, agents, sourcing partners and strategic business channels
• Lead account-based outreach, website content, email, LinkedIn, events and campaigns




• Own CRM discipline, pipeline reviews, MIS and commercial forecasting
• Work closely with R&D;, Technical, Quality, Regulatory, Production, Packaging, Finance and Supply Chain teams

We’re Looking For
✔ 10–15 years of experience in B2B Business Development, Sales, Strategic Marketing or Commercial Management
✔ Experience in pharma, softgels, nutraceuticals, supplements, CDMO/CMO, exports or an adjacent healthcare sector
✔ Proven experience in personally originating and converting customers or partnerships
✔ Robust senior-stakeholder communication skills
✔ International business development/export-market experience
✔ Working knowledge of regulatory requirements across target markets
✔ Experience with technical-commercial proposals, formulation discussions or technology transfer
✔ Comfort with CRM, account-based outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or marketing analytics
