Role Description The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by directly engaging with clients and prospects in the Noida region. This full-time, on-site role includes identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. The Field Sales Manager will build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts,



understand client branding and merchandising needs, and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions. Day-to-day activities include tracking sales performance, preparing reports, forecasting revenue, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
