We Are Hiring - Marketing Manager

Own your channels. Run the campaigns. Help build Jolt's growth engine.

4–5 Years | ₹8–10 LPA | Pitampura, Delhi | Full-Time
This isn't a role where you wait to be told what to run next. We're hiring someone who can take a channel, own it end to end, and bring the numbers back to prove it worked.

ABOUT JOLT
Jolt is building a quick-growing consumer app with ambitions to scale across India and international markets. We're a lean, high-ownership team with no committees or layers of sign-off, just people who own outcomes end to end.

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
Jolt needs someone who can take real ownership of campaigns and channels without needing every detail spelt out. You'll work closely with the founders and our existing marketing agencies to execute the growth strategy across paid, organic, and social, turning plans into results and results into the next plan. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to run things themselves, not just coordinate.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
01 Growth Execution & Data
• Execute the marketing roadmap across channels,

turning the quarterly plan into weekly campaigns and deliverables.
• Maintain the reporting dashboards to track funnel and channel performance, and flag what's working and what isn't.

02 Performance & Paid Media
• Run and optimise performance campaigns on Meta Ads and other paid channels to hit CAC and ROAS targets.

03 Organic, Content & Social
• Execute the organic growth plan, including SEO, AEO (answer engine optimisation), and content, as a long-term compounding channel.
• Run day-to-day content and posting across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and coordinate with creators or partners where needed.
• Manage app marketing and ASO to improve store visibility, installs, and retention.

04 Partnerships & Agencies
• Work closely with our existing marketing agencies and partners, tracking their deliverables and numbers, and pushing for accountability on the KPIs that matter.
