We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition efforts across Meta and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills, creative thinking and hands-on campaign management to drive profitable growth, customer acquisition and revenue.
Role Overview
The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing and scaling paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
This role requires end-to-end ownership of campaign performance, from strategy and audience research to creative testing, budget allocation, conversion optimization and reporting.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in D2C, e-commerce or consumer brands, with a robust understanding of the full customer acquisition funnel and performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR and conversion rate.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads to achieve business revenue and customer acquisition targets.
• Own the paid media strategy across the entire customer journey, including awareness, consideration, acquisition, retargeting and repeat purchases.
• Plan monthly and quarterly media budgets, campaign calendars and growth forecasts in alignment with business objectiv
