Manager People Shared Services

Publicis Sapient is looking for a Manager – People Shared Services to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. The role is designed to support the HR Shared Services team in India. It will primarily revolve around identifying, evaluating, developing and acting as SME on the people processes, labor compliances, performance management, employee life cycle (Onboarding, Learning Management, Global Background checks, Helpdesk etc.), and managing the day-to-day functioning of Shared Services ops team or project team. The role also entails a variety of projects and assignments like Process Redesign, Reporting & Dashboards, HR Account Management, using tools to improve efficiency and scalability of processes, working with several stakeholders to collect data points and analyzing the same to recommend improvement opportunities, creating process maps and documents as knowledge repository etc.

Your Impact:

Team Leadership and Management

• Works with senior leadership to ensure consistent people processes and practices across the company




• Manages and leads different verticals within the GPSS team, coaching them on Publicis Sapient initiatives, our core values and the body of human resources knowledge
• Creates localized vision and point of view for Shared Services that is consistent with the greater GPSS Organization
• Activity participates in interviewing and selecting recent members of the Shared Services team (Associates & Senior Associates, including contractors)
• Drive continuous reviews and performance management for the team and report-out from time to time
• Build, implement and oversee Objectives & Key Responsibilities (OKRs) for the HR Shared Services team members
• Align with key stakeholders and partners from time to time to report out key metrics of Shared Services collaboration and performance
• Lead the change for the team and continuously work towards their capability development and engagement
