Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Brand Solutions Associate to lead influencer-led brand campaigns from brief to delivery. The role involves translating client objectives into effective campaign strategies, identifying the right creators, managing negotiations and campaign execution,



and building strong relationships with brands and influencers across Instagram and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, including planning, timelines, execution and post-campaign reporting.
• Understand client briefs and develop creator-led solutions aligned with brand objectives and campaign budgets.
• Lead influencer discovery, evaluation, onboarding and negotiations across Instagram and YouTube.
• Manage day-to-day client communication, campaign updates, approvals and stakeholder expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers and brand partners.
• Oversee content briefs, deliverables, quality checks, publishing schedules and campaign optimization.
• Prepare campaign performance reports, share actionable insights and support pitches for new brand opportunities.
