Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Business Development Executive based in Madhya Pradesh, India. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities with educational institutions and partners, focusing on expanding Career Mantra’s reach and service offerings. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, managing inquiries from students and institutions, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. The role involves building and nurturing long-term relationships, coordinating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, and achieving defined sales and growth targets. The Business Development Executive will also gather market insights, contribute to promotional activities and events, and support improvements in advisory services and student engagement.
