Job Description: Presales Engineer

Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / Presales Head

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and technically sound Presales Engineer to support our sales team in designing, positioning, and proposing technology solutions that meet customer business objectives. The ideal candidate should possess a robust understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and managed services, while also being comfortable discussing commercial aspects such as budgeting, product comparisons, and ROI with customers.

The role requires working closely with customers, technology partners, and internal sales teams to understand requirements, prepare technical solutions, conduct presentations, and assist in winning new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Presales Support

• Understand customer business and technical requirements through meetings, discussions, and site visits.
• Design and propose end-to-end IT infrastructure, networking, security, cloud,



and managed service solutions.
• Prepare solution architectures, technical proposals, BoQs, and presentations.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical discussions, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Recommend the most suitable technology solutions based on customer requirements and budget.

Solution Design & Consulting

• Develop solutions across:
• Enterprise Networking (Cisco, Aruba, D-Link, etc.)
• Firewall & Security Solutions
• Servers & Data Center Infrastructure
• Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI)
• Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure
• Managed Services
• Application & IT Infrastructure Solutions

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Compare products and technologies and provide recommendations based on performance, features, scalability, and cost.

Customer Engagement

• Collaborate with customers to understand existing infrastructure and future requirement
