Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, applications, and services.
• Provide DevOps and deployment support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Manage and troubleshoot network-related issues and connectivity problems.
• Perform application/system debugging, root-cause analysis, and incident resolution.
• Monitor system performance and ensure service availability and stability.
• Handle general technical support and coordinate with relevant teams for complex issues.
• Follow operational procedures, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience for 5+ years in DevOps toolchains (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker, AWS/Azure).
• Solid understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancing, DNS).
• Exceptional log analysis and debugging skills across operating systems (Linux/Windows).
• Competency in a scripting language (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell) for task automation.
• Proven problem-solving attitude with a quick response time for critical system incidents.
