Manage end-to-end project execution for railway coaches, rail components, assemblies and related projects.

- Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables and execution plans.

- Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, SCM, Procurement, Engineering and Customer teams.

- Monitor project progress against planned timelines and identify delays, risks and corrective actions.

- Review engineering drawings, BOMs, specifications and customer requirements for project execution.

- Coordinate material availability, production planning and manufacturing activities to meet project schedules.

- Track project cost, manpower, material requirements and resource utilization.

- Conduct project review meetings and prepare MIS, progress reports and project dashboards.

- Coordinate with vendors,



subcontractors and external agencies for project-related activities.

- Ensure adherence to railway/customer standards, quality requirements, safety procedures and contractual specifications.

- Support customer inspections, audits, FAT/inspection activities and final project documentation.

- Manage project documentation including schedules, MOMs, action trackers, change requests and closure reports.

- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans in coordination with concerned departments.

- Support installation, commissioning, trial runs and project handover, wherever applicable.
